Key Responsibilities:
Lead the team and connect with property management companies, building managers, JMBs and property developers to develop collaborative potential, in order to explore the chances of installing media resources in buildings according to assign KPI
Systematic exploration and build relationships with building clients to develop high-rise building to be one of company’s media resources, constantly following up collaboration project status, and ensuring the progress of project development
Maintain the building partners’ relationship, ensure the normal operation of media resources, deliver good communication, coordination and cooperation with the operation department; renew the contract in time
Resolve emergencies in the cooperation and maintain a stable relationship

Qualifications:
Prefer 3 years of work experience, with experience in housing, sales, insurance, and customer service industry

As the Business Development Leader, you will be responsible for leading and driving the company’s business growth, developing and executing business strategies, building strong building partner relationships, and increasing media influence and market share. At the same time, you will also lead and nurture the business development team, enhance the business level and comprehensive quality of team members, and jointly achieve the company’s strategic goals.
Job Purpose:
